- Sales, installation, service or repair alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems, boilers, elevators, escalators, surveillance systems or TV monitoring systems either commercial or residential
- Sales, installation, service or repair wood, coal or waste oil burning stoves
- Sales or application of chemicals
- Installation of Hurricane shutters
- Work performed for petroleum, industrial or chemical facilities
- Work on or for roof, swimming pool, elevator, airport, dock, railroad, traffic lights, underground tanks, skylights
- Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems
- Bankruptcy in last 5 years
- Involved in tunneling
- Recreational or playground construction
- Perform or sublet demolition or blasting operations
- Restoration work involving smoke, fire, water or earthquake
- Open roof construction allowed, except new construction not certified for occupancy
