Our program is designed for the small general including Residential Home Builders, Residential/Commerical contractor involved in remodeling and tenant improvements and Commercial Builders. Our target risks are contractors with less than $15,000,000 in annual receipts and less than $3,000,000 for any given project. Higher receipts and project values can be considered. No limitation on percentage of work subcontracted to others.

- Sales, installation, service or repair alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems boilers, elevators, escalators, surveillance systems or TV monitoring systems either commercial or residential

- Involved in bankruptcy in last 5 years
- Involved in tunneling, recreational or playground construction
- Perform or sublet demolition or blasting operations
- Restoration work involving smoke, fire, water or earthquake
- Open roof construction allowed, except new construction not certified for occupancy

- Felony conviction in last 5 years

Coverage and Limits Available (Maximum Limits)
ZISO with the following form options:
- Full Occurrence with no sunset clause, with fully insured subcontractors, is held harmless and named as an additional insured by the subcontractors, and maintains records for 5 years.
- Occurrence with a 2 year sunset clause uses underinsured or uninsured subcontractors, and 2 year sunset provision provides adequate coverage.
- Claims Made uses fully insured subcontractors, is held harmless and named as an additional insured by the subcontractors and maintains records for 5 years. Can consider some uninsured/underinsured subcontractors if less than 20%.
