Linda Dickson joins Axiom Management Team

05/28/2010 – Axiom Insurance Managers is pleased to announce the appointment of Linda Dickson to its management team starting June 1, 2010, as Vice President and Director of Business Development, as well as the formation of a separate Business Development Unit that Linda will be heading.

Linda has held a variety of program management positions with major insurance carriers for years, logging 19 years of tenure with CNA alone. Throughout her career, Linda has identified, developed, and grown profitable programs recognizing unique market opportunities present within her distribution channels. Given her considerable experience in this regard, Linda will be leading the effort to diversify Axiom’s insurance programs and book of business through the addition of new, non-hospitality products.

Under Linda’s leadership, Axiom’s Business Development Unit will be versatile in creating and incubating new MGA programs, and stewarding them until they reach the maturity and volume to be a mainstream Axiom program. Axiom plans to recruit internally for underwriting and/or technical assistant positions for the new unit.
